Definición

Wraparound garments first worn by the indigenous people of French Polynesia and the Cook Islands, and later adopted in other South Pacific islands including Hawaii and in other cultures (popularized as beachwear). Originally bark cloth, these are now usually a single straight piece of brightly patterned printed cotton cloth resembling Malaysian sarongs.
