Blocks of sculpted stone or wood, intended to be placed in front of the false doors or statues of Egyptian tombs. These held food, drink, or other offerings to the dead and deities. For similar objects used specifically for liquid offerings, use 'libation tables.'

Flat boards, sometimes with a low rim, used to hold offerings for religious ceremonies. Some feature a base raising the board off the ground.

Vases intended to contain offerings or to themselves serve as an offering in a religious or funerary context. Examples exist from ancient times and in many cultures, including the following: ancient Egypt, Greece, and Rome; Asian cultures; the Pre-Columbian Americas; and in modern western culture.

Stands or racks designed to store collection bags or other receptacles that are used to gather offertory gifts in churches.

In Christian churches or places of other religious services, stands or tables used for the collection plate or other offertory gifts.

Distinctive vessels in certain Protestant churches that are used to contain monetary offerings by the congregation; usually having a slotted lid. Vases of this type were formerly used to contain notes for those receiving communion.
